We are fully committed to protecting the personal information you provide us and it is only accessible by employees of Perfect Gym on a need-to-know basis.

Upon filling out a demo request or lead form, we collect the following information:

  • Company email address
  • Phone number
  • Country
  • Company name
  • Company website
  • Number of fitness clubs you own or manage
  • On-site behavior: the pages you view and the forms you interact with
  • Email opens and clicks from Perfect Gym correspondence

This information can also be added manually by a Perfect Gym employee from the obtainment of a business card freely given by the user for potential business or partnership related inquiries.

Once a user fills out an online demo request form, their site behavior is then logged and stored for analytical, sales, and marketing purposes until such time when you withdraw your consent for us to do so. All other data as specified above will be retained for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We may also retain information as required by law.

During a demo presentation, we may collect data that is only relevant to business activities which are needed to assess client-provider compatibility and financial viability. No further personal data shall be collected or retained after this time.

Onsite behavior is not logged unless a user identifies themselves via email on our website by newsletter signup or online demo request in which case their website page views and email opens and clicks are then tracked.

This information is necessary in order for us to prescribe the right sales representative to reach out to you upon a confirmed demo request, pricing allocation, and to carry out the services sought by filling out the demo request form.

We will use the email address you’ve provided to send you marketing related materials including:

  • Specifically curated content concerning the fitness management industry such as tips, statistics, trends, or other topics that may benefit the users’ business
